Registration of Quarterly Financial Statement with the Central Bank – Base Date June 30, 2022

Brazilian entities receiving foreign direct equity investment in any amount, with net equity and/or total assets in an amount equal to or greater than two hundred and fifty million reais (BRL 250,000,000.00) must submit to the Central Bank of Brazil, by September 30, 2022, their economic-financial statement (declaração econômico-financeira) as of the base date of June 30, 2022.

This submission is one of the obligations applicable to entities that receive the foreign direct investment mentioned above, and any omission or delay in complying with it may trigger the application of penalties by the Central Bank.
