Partner of the Energy and Natural Resources, Environmental, Dispute Resolution and Technology, Media and Telecommunications areas of Demarest, Luiz Fernando Henry Sant’Anna concluded a Master’s Degree (LL.M) by the University of Illinois, on 1990. Luiz Fernando focus his actuation on Environmental Law, involving activities in the administrative, judicial and extrajudicial areas and including civil and criminal aspects of the Environmental Law. Acted as assistant professor of Civil Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), from 1987 to 2006 and invited professor in specialization courses in COGEAE – PUC-SP, COGEAE Energia PUC-RJ 2008 and 2010, and of Agribusiness Law of Insper Executive Education on 2015. Luiz Fernando was also a member of the Committee of Environmental Law of OAB SP, of the Superior Counsel of Environment of FIESP-IRS. Was the coordinator of the Labor Team of Environmental Law of Lex Mundi, member of the International Network of Lawyers Specialized in Environmental Law.
