Partner in Demarest’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Listed Companies and Capital Markets practice areas, Julia Visconti holds a master’s degree (LL.M) in Corporate Governance & Practice from Stanford Law School (U.S.), and bachelor’s degree in Law and postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from PUC-SP. She concentrates her practice in mergers and acquisitions, with extensive experience in transactions that involve listed companies, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital. She represents Brazilian and international companies across numerous sectors in high-complexity domestic and cross-border transactions. Between 2014 and 2015, Julia Visconti served as foreign associate in the corporate and mergers and acquisitions areas at a renowned New York law firm.
