Partner in Demarest’s Corporate and M&A practice areas, Débora Sejtman Gartner holds a masters' degree (LLM) from New York University School of Law, a specialist degree in Corporate Strategies and Tax Planning from FGV/SP and a bachelor’s degree in Law from PUC/SP.   • Advised Aqua Capital on the sale (i) of Puravida to Nestlé Health Science; (ii) of Agro Fertiláqua to ICL do Brasil and (iii) of Biotrop Participações S.A. to Biobest do Brasil, for BRL 2.8 billion.
  • Advised on the sale of Inapel Embalagens Ltda. to Graffo Soluções em Embalagens Flexíveis (a Sonoco Group company).
  • Advised Syngenta on the acquisition of Feltrin Sementes Ltda.
  • Advised Banco Inter in several transactions, including (i) the acquisition of 70% of the shares of Matriz. Participações, and of DLM Invista Gestão de Recursos, (ii) the acquisition of 45% of BMG Granito, Banco BMG and (iii) the sale of 40% of Inter Seguros.
