Partner in Demarest’s Commercial Contracts and Negotiations area, Ana Paula Pinheiro Schedel holds a master’s degree in International Law from USP. She concentrates her practice in the area of contracts, regularly advising some of the main companies that operate in the Brazilian market, such as Monsanto, Bayer, Givaudan, Arauco, Minerva Foods, Nike, Dana, Harley-Davidson, Sabó, Dow, Rhodia, Pfizer, Henkel, Clariant, Diageo, ESPM, HBO, Iberia, British Airlines, Tiffany and Komatsu, among others.

  • Advised Givaudan in the negotiation of contracts related to the purchase of the nutraceuticals division of Centroflora
  • Advised Monsanto in the closure of its sugarcane division, in the context of the negotiation of contracts related to sorghum, with Innovative Seed Solutions Group
