Parex’s Acquisition of Quimicryl S/A

PAREX executed the acquisition of Quimicryl in Brazil. Based in Sao Paulo, Quimicryl has more than 50 employees and its own chemical production facility in Cotia. Founded in 1987, it is a specialist of waterproofing solutions, sealants and adhesives with a solid reputation of quality and service to the Brazilian contractors and industry.
