ANEEL opens public consultation on retail trading

Considering the context of the opening of the free energy market, given the need for consumers with an individual consumption charge < 500 kW to be represented by a retail trader, Aneel opened Public Consultation No. 28/2023 (“CP”) at the end of August in order to amend its regulations on this theme.
