Demarest advise Triple Play on the acquisition of Webby

Demarest advised Triple Play Brasil Participações and its subsidiary Videomar Rede Nordeste on the acquisition of the totality of the capital stock of Webby Participações Societárias, a holding company that owns the entire equity stake in 5 other telecommunications companies operating in 55 cities in the states of São Paulo and Paraná, totaling 115,000 broadband accesses in these cities.
