Deal of the Year shortlists announced for capital markets, banking and finance and project finance

Latin Lawyer is delighted to announce the shortlisted transactions for the capital markets, banking and finance and project finance categories of our 14th annual Deal of the Year Awards.

For each category, three deals or cases have been selected for the shortlist and are listed below. The winners will be announced on the night of our charity awards ceremony at the Hotel Unique in São Paulo on Thursday 7 May.
