Partner in Demarest's Real Estate practice area, Pablo Queiroz holds a master's degree in Business Law from FGV and a bachelor's degree in Law from PUC-SP. He concentrates his practice on transactional matters, such as direct or indirect purchase and sale of real estate assets, particularly regarding real estate investment funds transactions. He has extensive experience in structured operations (build-to-suit, sale, lease-back, and buy-to-lease) and in developing complex real estate projects (multi-use, power, airports, and other infrastructure segments).   • Advised a real estate investment fund in the acquisition of 50% of a triple-A office building on Brigadeiro Faria Lima Avenue, under the right of first refusal, valued at BRL 374 million.
